At the top of the appellation, the ‘Le Pallet’ cuvée embodies the culmination of Domaine Bedouet Vigneron's work: a deep, racy and elegant expression of Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, aged with patience and rigour.

Grown on sunny slopes with gneiss and schist soils, this highly mature Melon de Bourgogne is aged on lees for 24 months. A wine with a full structure, chiselled minerality and remarkable length.
