Historique :

Concerned about our future and keen to meet demand for alcohol-free drinks, we planted Muscaris, a resistant, refined and aromatic hybrid grape variety.

Vine cultivation and winemaking:

Work in the vineyard is rigorous and precise: organic cultivation, soil cultivation, prohibition of all synthetic chemicals and management based on the life of the soil and the vines.

The grapes are gently pressed (pneumatically), and the must flows naturally by gravity into one of our underground vats. The watchword is to handle the harvest as little as possible and use as few inputs as possible.

Pasteurisation and packaging are carried out by a competent, certified organic service provider.

Breeding:

Freshly pressed, freshly pasteurised, no preservatives.

Tasting:

La robe est dorée. Le nez est aromatique et très gourmand. La bouche est fruitée, gourmande, elle « muscate », atypique, les sucres résiduels sont très bien dosés, sur des saveurs de fruits jaunes à noyau type pêche et abricot, et sur une finale légèrement florale. La bulle est fine et persistante, apportant fraicheur, équilibre et dynamisme !

Food and wine pairings:

Screw cap to keep the bubbles festive for longer. Best consumed within 72 hours of opening and stored in the refrigerator. Label designed in partnership with St Joseph du Pallet school.
Serve well chilled and enjoy at any time of day!
