Terroir:
The vines are cultivated on an Amphibolite terroir on a small hill which warms up easily by releasing at night the heat stored during the day, allowing us an early harvest.
Historique :
This cuvée was created during the 2017 harvest, following a request from a professional customer in Brittany for a Muscadet primeur. It was he who came up with the name for the cuvée and its graphic design, which is very representative of Michel's personality. Thank you to him.
Vine cultivation and winemaking:
The work in the vineyard is rigorous and precise, because this is where the wine is made: organic farming, soil cultivation, a ban on all synthetic chemicals, and practices based on the life of the soil and the vine.
The grapes are gently pressed (pneumatically). The must flows naturally by gravity into one of our underground tanks. The yeasts that initiate alcoholic fermentation are indigenous (from the grapes and the environment), activated by a homemade starter culture. The guiding principle is minimal intervention and inputs during the harvest.
Malolactic fermentation allows us to offer you freshness, fruit, and roundness in a young wine.
Breeding:
This enjoyable wine is bottled early to be ready by the third Thursday of November for part of the batch and aged on its fine lees until bottling, which is carried out at the domaine by us for the rest. This wine is therefore available all year round.

Mus K Dé expresses all the freshness and fruitiness of the new vintage.
